I’m Matias Vaara, founder of Vaara&Co. I work with design leaders and teams to make AI adoption practical, systematic, and genuinely useful.

Over the past few years, I’ve guided teams at companies like Reaktor, KONE, Siili, and Futurice through their AI adoption journey. I also take on a small number of select design projects for AI-native products, which helps keep my work grounded in real product and workflow challenges.

My background spans 17+ years in design and strategy, including roles at Idean, N2, and Facebook (Meta).

Today, I bring that experience into training, playbooks, and advisory for teams building more AI-native ways of working.
