AI-Native Designer + AI-Powered Prototyping

Reaktor is a global technology company that combines design, software development and AI to build digital products and services. Its clients include adidas, HBO and Netflix.

What we did

We ran two training sessions for around 35 members of Reaktor’s global design team to build their practical AI skills.

AI-Native Designer explored how AI can support the design process, from research and interpreting findings to concepts and prototypes. Participants learned to give AI useful project context and judge when to use it and when not to.

AI-Powered Prototyping focused on turning ideas into interactive prototypes. It covered planning, visual exploration and working with design systems. In a hands-on exercise, participants moved beyond static screens to build working flows. The two sessions paired a broad view of AI in design with practical experience making ideas tangible.

What the team gained

The team gained a shared vocabulary for AI in design and a clearer way to assess where it adds value, how to judge its output and when to rely on human expertise.

Participants left with ideas for their projects and hands-on experience turning concepts into working prototypes. Reaktor’s global design team can build on this shared foundation to exchange methods across projects and learn from each other’s experiments as its AI practice matures.

Clear, engaging, and grounded in real-world use cases, he made complex AI concepts easy to understand. Participants left with new and concrete ideas how to apply in their project work.
